Custom Fleet’s 2030 sustainability roadmap

Driving a regenerative future: Launching our 2030 sustainability strategy

We’re proud to mark a major milestone in our journey toward a more sustainable, inclusive, and future-focused business— the launch of our 2030 Sustainability Strategy.

This strategy is the result of months of thoughtful collaboration across our organisation, alongside the expert guidance of Perspektiv, a leading sustainability consultancy. Together, we’ve assessed our impact, challenged assumptions, and designed a forward-looking plan that is both ambitious and grounded in what matters most to our business, our people, our communities, and our planet.

The hero image is an infographic that includes the Custom Fleet logo, and the heading '2030 Sustainability Goals'. The background for the image is an overhead photo of a green forest with a road running through it, and a single white car driving from left to right. The six key goals are listed, including: Reduce Scope 3 emissions intensity by 55%, Electrify 30% of our Customer’s Fleets, Achieve 40/20/40 gender split in leadership, Invest $250,000 in our communities, Redirect $3M to Diverse Suppliers, and 100% ESG Training for All Employees.

Our driving force — Driving a regenerative future — sits at the heart of this strategy. This bold call to action aligns directly with our purpose — to move the world through intelligent mobility. It’s about more than just reducing emissions; it’s about transforming how we operate, lead, and grow, with sustainability embedded in every step.

Our 2030 Sustainability Goals

To guide and measure our progress, we’ve set six headline goals focused on key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities. By 2030, we aim to:

  1. Reduce Scope 3 (Category 11 & 13) emissions intensity by 55%, in line with our global Science Based Targets commitment.
  2. Electrify 30% of our customers’ fleets, supporting ours and our customers’ decarbonisation goals.
  3. Achieve a 40/20/40 gender split in our leadership team (40% men, 40% women, 20% flexible).
  4. Invest $250,000 into the communities where we live and work.
  5. Redirect $3 million in spend to diverse suppliers, supporting economic inclusion.
  6. Train 100% of employees on material ESG topics, empowering our people to lead with purpose.

These goals reflect our belief that sustainability is not a side initiative — it’s integral to who we are and how we operate. From climate action and inclusive leadership to community investment and supplier diversity, our strategy is designed to create meaningful and lasting change.

We know this is a journey. As the world continues to evolve, so too will our goals.

We’re committed to staying agile, transparent, and ambitious in everything we do — and to leading where it matters most.
