Custom Fleet celebrates parent company's ESG progress

Our parent company, Element, have just released their comprehensive 2023 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report.

Titled "Progress that Matters", the report outlines Element's ESG strategy and advancements made in 2022 on fleet electrification, diversity within its workforce and across its value chain, and community support.

Both Element and Custom Fleet hold a shared vision of a more sustainable and inclusive world, dedicated to creating progress that matters to our people, clients, suppliers, and communities.

We are pleased to share Element's ESG report which includes important milestones for Custom Fleet in Australia and New Zealand, including:

  • Our fleet electrification journey, in both Australia and New Zealand

  • The delivery of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

  • Progress towards our equity, diversity and inclusion goals

  • Establishment of Intersection, our diversity network and our ESG committee - both of which help to guide and deliver on our goals in these areas
