What is a Custom Fleet Novated Lease?

It is a three-way agreement between you, your employer and Custom Fleet. It lets you finance, and maintain a vehicle as part of your salary package. You lease the vehicle from Custom Fleet and we then pass on (novate) the obligations to your employer. They then deduct the lease payments directly from your pre-tax salary.
